At Oraya Coffee, we take great pride in crafting high‑quality, ethically sourced coffee products. We want every customer to feel fully confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Coverage Overview

Oraya Coffee provides a 30‑Day Quality Guarantee on all coffee products purchased directly from OrayaCoffee.com.

This warranty covers:

  • Coffee beans or grounds that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Packaging issues that compromise product integrity.

  • Incorrect item fulfillment.

Because coffee is a perishable product, our warranty does not cover:

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes.

  • Products were stored improperly after delivery.

  • Opened items beyond 30 days from delivery.

2. What Is Considered a Defect?

A product may be considered defective if:

  • The bag arrives punctured, torn, or compromised.

  • The product is stale upon delivery.

  • The wrong roast or product was shipped.

  • The product packaging is contaminated or unsafe.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photos showing the defect (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days

If your claim is approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement product.

  • Store credit.

  • A refund to your original payment method.

Oraya Coffee reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the claim.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Improper storage (exposure to heat, moisture, or unsealed bags).

  • Items purchased more than 30 days prior.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Shipping‑Related Damages

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.

6. Returns

Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns for used or opened products.
In some cases, we may request that the product be safely discarded rather than returned.
