Order Cancellation 

  • Cancel Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping by contacting us at contact@intendbrands.com 

  • Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns 

We accept returns under these conditions: 

  • Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos if your order arrives damaged. 

Return Process: 

  • Email contact@intendbrands.com with your order number and reason for return. 

  • We will provide return instructions and authorization. 

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

Refunds: 

  • Issued to the original payment method after inspection. 

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation 

If you are enrolled in a subscription (e.g., recurring deliveries): 

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle through your account or by contacting contact@intendbrands.com 

  • Timing: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged. 

  • Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. 

Exceptions 

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. 

  • Promotional or clearance items may be final sale.
