Order Cancellation
Cancel Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping by contacting us at contact@intendbrands.com
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns under these conditions:
Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos if your order arrives damaged.
Return Process:
Email contact@intendbrands.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and authorization.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds:
Issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation
If you are enrolled in a subscription (e.g., recurring deliveries):
You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle through your account or by contacting contact@intendbrands.com
Timing: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Exceptions
Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Promotional or clearance items may be final sale.
